Produced by WA’s favourite recording genius Dave Parkin (Jebediah, Tired Lion) at Blackbird Studios, Rag n’ Bone's debut album “A Handful Of Ash” includes the singles “I Don’t Feel At Home In This World Anymore” and recent WA Song Of The Year (punk category) winning “Pissy Flow”. Rag n’ Bone’s intense musical world which has reminded listeners of a diverse range of influences, from The Birthday Party to Savages, PJ Harvey to Midnight Oil. Following a sold-out Perth album launch, the band toured Australia in support of the album, and performed at the massive State Of The Art Festival earlier this month. The Rag n’ Bone live show has also graced international festival slots at “Rock A La Buse” (Reunion island), Music Matters Live (Singapore) and Concrete & Grass (China), along with hometown performances at Falls Festival, Hyperfest, In The Pines and the WAM Festival Block Party. Following the band's four WAM Award nominations, lead vocalist Kiera Owen recently won the Best Live Voice award at the WA branch of the National Live Music Awards.
