If Bukowski had a punk band, it’d sound like PAT CHOW. They’re kind of like your favourite dive bar; rough around the edges, endearingly familiar and oozing with character. They released their debut EP 'Good Deed' in 2014 and followed it up with the stunning debut LP 'Are You Okay?' in October 2015 to critical acclaim around the country, including The West Australian naming it the second best WA album of 2015, just behind the world conquering Tame Impala. The album spawned three singles, including WAM ‘Rock Song Of The Year’ nominated 'Bad Thoughts', 'Pleasure Unit' and 'Outta Words', all of which have received national airplay on triple j, FBi (Syd), RRR (Melb), 4ZZZ (Bris) and RTR FM. In the last three years the band have toured nationally five times, been nominated for ‘Best Rock Act’ in the WAMAwards, appeared at a number of local festivals (In The Pines, Hyperfest, State Of The Art, WAMFest, City Limits) and shared the stage with the like of King Gizzard, The Peep Tempel, Birds Of Tokyo, Gyrscope, DZ Deathrays & The Polish Club. The first single from Pat Chow's long awaited sophomore album is scheduled for release in September 2017.
