FILTH GODDESS

FILTH GODDESS summons the seething sound of light and dark: the loud, the quiet; the pure, the profane. They make a sacred union of harmonium and string FX, conjuring sonic explorations that both slay and soothe.

+ + +

"FILTH GODDESS invite the audience into their ritual drone-world using sounds risen from the depths of the earth, transforming the discarded into the divine. Their sounds will ease you into a pleasant trance before taking you on a journey through the underworld of discarded selves. Transformative. Divine. Disgusting." SAGE PBBBT

Gracie Smith

Gracie Smith is a musician who doesn’t want to be defined by genre or gender, but rather for her versatility and passion for music.

Gracie started drumming at age 10 after her parents bought her brother a drum set. Instantly addicted, and constantly sneaking into her brothers room to play, she taught herself how to play along to her favourite songs until receiving lessons in early high school. High School spawned her love for live performance and since joining her first band at age 15, she has never been ‘band-less’. Constantly in demand, Gracie frequently multi-tasks between 3-8 band projects at times regardless of style, and has amassed an impressive performance history in many genres; including rock, punk, metal, folk, blues, Celtic, orchestral, theatre productions, as well as sitting in for visiting artists.

Eden Mulholland

Based in Perth (for now), Prolific Kiwi composer and collaborator, Eden does some crazy stuff for a living. He finds himself in darkened theatres, boiling west Auckland warehouses, the NT desert 200km from anywhere with a mad Scotsman, hire vans, lighting trucks, ice skating rinks at dawn in Wellington, overheating vintage french cars in Noosa with impossible gear sticks, rehearsal rooms with actors acting out strange troll orgies, world class recording studios in LA, abandoned resorts in upstate NY, Bunnings just before closing, to get that PERFECT shot of someone shopping for a door mat.
He wonders what is next.
